Ingredients

  • Cornitos Tortilla Wrap
  • 1 medium-sized avocado
  • 30gm- Sweet corn
  • 1 handful of cherry tomato
  • Taco seasoning
  • 30gm- Cilantro
  • 1 Lemon Juice & Zest
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Method

  • Blanch the vegetable for 3min
  • On a medium heat sauté the boiled veggies, sprinkle tacos seasoning, mix well
  • Microwave Cornitos tortilla for 10 seconds
  • Add the sauté veggie in extreme corner of Cornitos tortilla add lemon zest, cilantro, add few drop of lemon juice sprinkle salt & pepper
  • Roll it, toast it, and eat it.
