Cheesy Quesadilla

Ingredients

2 plain Tortilla
30gms- Jalapenos
150gms- Diced tomatoes
120gms- Mozzarella cheese
Seasoning to taste
30ml- Salsa
30ml- Sour cream
30ml- Avacado dip
30ml- Butter

Method

Cut the tomatoes into dices
Chop jalapenos into small dices
Spread mozzarella cheese on the wrap, sprinkle diced tomatoes, jalapenos, and seasoning
Cover with the other tortilla wrap
Melt half the butter in a pan, Cook gently on the sauté pan from both the sides
Cook gently on the sauté pan from both the sides
Cut into six triangles
Serve with salsa, sour cream, avocado dip.
