Cornitos Healthy Bean Tacos with Sour Cream

Ingredients

Cornitos Taco Dinner Kit Pack of 6
200g- Cornitos Refried beans
100g- Avocado cubes
100g- Lettuce
100g- Tomatoes deseeded & diced
10g- Mint leaves
Salt to taste
100g- Grated Cheddar cheese
50g- Sour cream

Method

In a pan heat some oil and sauté Avocado cubes and deseeded tomatoes
Heat Cornitos Refried beans for 1 minute
Place Taco Shells on Taco Boat
Line the Taco shells with lettuce
Spoon mashed Refried Beans filling inside tacos
Top it with avocado and diced tomato filling
Garnish with grated cheese and dollop of Sour cream and mint leaves.
