Ingredients

  • Cornitos Peri Peri Nacho Crisps 150 gm
  • Montery jack cheese 90ml
  • Refried beans 2 packet
  • Coriander 20 gms
  • Cornitos Sliced Jalapenos 30 gm
  • Red capsicum 30 gm
  • Sour cream 20 ml

Method

  • Place half the nachos evenly on a griddle, cover them with Cornitos refried beans, sprinkle with grated jack cheese.
  • Repeat the same process again.
  • Scoop sour cream at the dish.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander, jalapenos and red bell peppers.
