Ingredients

  • 1 cup tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Thai Chili sauce
  • ½ tbsp lemon juice
  • Coriander leaves

Method

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and place them in the refrigerator for 10 minutes
  • Season to taste
  • Garnish with coriander leaves
  • Best served with Cornitos Nachos.
