Cornitos Grilled Paneer Tacos with Jalapeno Cheese

Ingredients

  • Cornitos Taco Shells pack of 6
  • Paneer / Tofu cubes 225gm
  • Red bell pepper cubes 50gm
  • Yellow pepper cubes 50gm
  • Cheese sauce 150gm
  • Jalapeno sliced 50gm
  • Cornitos Refried Beans 100gm
  • Lettuce 50gm
  • Salt to taste
  • White Pepper powder 5gm
  • 1 pack of taco seasoning
  • Cornitos Chunky Salsa Dip 50gm

For the Mixture

  • Marinate Paneer/Tofu with Salt, White Pepper Powder, Olive oil & keep aside for 10-15 minutes.
  • Heat the griller with some oil and grill the Paneer/Tofu until done.
  • Heat some oil in a pan, add taco seasoning and then add Bell Peppers, onions, and Cornitos Refried Beans.
  • Sauté nicely for 3 to 5 minutes, then remove from heat.

For the Filling

  • Place Taco Shells on boat.
  • Line the Taco Shells with lettuce & put the Refried beans filling inside.
  • Top it with grilled Paneer/Tofu cubes.
  • Then spread Cheese sauce evenly on top and sprinkle Cornitos Taco seasoning.
  • Serve Tacos with Cornitos Chunky Salsa Dip.
