Cornitos Nachos Lasagna
Veggie Supreme Spinach Nachos
Cornitos Grilled Paneer Tacos with Jalapeno Cheese
Ingredients
Cornitos Taco Shells pack of 6
Paneer / Tofu cubes 225gm
Red bell pepper cubes 50gm
Yellow pepper cubes 50gm
Cheese sauce 150gm
Jalapeno sliced 50gm
Cornitos Refried Beans 100gm
Lettuce 50gm
Salt to taste
White Pepper powder 5gm
1 pack of taco seasoning
Cornitos Chunky Salsa Dip 50gm
For the Mixture
Marinate Paneer/Tofu with Salt, White Pepper Powder, Olive oil & keep aside for 10-15 minutes.
Heat the griller with some oil and grill the Paneer/Tofu until done.
Heat some oil in a pan, add taco seasoning and then add Bell Peppers, onions, and Cornitos Refried Beans.
Sauté nicely for 3 to 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
For the Filling
Place Taco Shells on boat.
Line the Taco Shells with lettuce & put the Refried beans filling inside.
Top it with grilled Paneer/Tofu cubes.
Then spread Cheese sauce evenly on top and sprinkle Cornitos Taco seasoning.
Serve Tacos with Cornitos Chunky Salsa Dip.
