Wasabi Cornitos with Sour Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Cornitos Wasabi flavour Nachos Crisps
  • 1 jar Cornitos Chunky Salsa
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • Cornitos Sliced Jalapeno Peppers
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • Coriander leaf

Method

  • Arrange a layer of Cornitos Wasabi flavour Nachos Crisps on a platter
  • Top it up with chopped tomato, onion, avocado and Salsa
  • Repeat the same with another layer of Nachos Crisps on top of it
  • Again top it with chopped tomato, onion, sliced fresh jalapenos, Chunky Salsa and Coriander leaves
  • Serve it fresh with Sour cream on top.
